My photographic vision
Photography has always held a kind of magic for me. From the very first time I watched a print develop before my eyes, under the red lights of the darkroom, it became a huge passion of mine. On my photography degree I was endlessly experimental in the colour darkroom, and equally obsessed with shooting close–ups of nature. I explored all the avenues on offer –from documentary to fine art, studio to landscape, b/w printing & toning to photo-montage – and loved them all.
Photography continued to be the main outlet for my creativity & the focus of my career for the next 10 years. My work has been featured in Creative Review, British Journal of Photography & on Channel 4.
